Of course, there are certain things on a cruise that can not be included in the overall price, such as shore excursions. While you are traveling the sea, the boat you are on will take port several times, meaning it will dock and you will have a chance to exit. This is an opportunity to experience new cultures, shop, and sightsee. If an organized tour is arranged, travel will probably be provided, as well as meals. However, if you are simply set free to shop and look around, you will, of course, foot the bill.
